
Apostle Cynthia A. Atkins, DD
Born to Bishop Thomas and the late Mother Mildred Pryor in 1969 in the small town of Bridgeton, NJ. She gave her life to the Lord in 1983 and became an active member of Miracle Bible Church of God in Camden, NJ under the leadership of her father, Bishop Thomas Pryor.
The now, Pastor-Prophetess Cynthia Atkins has served the Lord as Youth Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Choir Directress, Worship Leader and Evangelist. In 1995, she became the Co-Founder and Pastor of Zion Family Worship Center Church in Newark, NJ, a progressive church now located in Roselle, NJ. A proven prophetic voice and an apostolic minister, Pastor Cynthia is renowned for her accurate word of knowledge and prophetic mantle and is highly sought after for her timely apostolic message to the body of Christ.
The Lord visited Pastor Cynthia in 2001 and showed her a detailed vision with a special emphasis on women and told her that this was her harvest field. By answering the mandate, Women of Shachah (worship) was birthed. Pastor Cynthia is the president and founder of Women of Shachah, Inc. Pastor Cynthia is currently making imprints on the lives of the women of God throughout the country by mentoring, training and covering their ministries.
Pastor Cynthia holds three Bachelor degrees in Business, Marketing and Psychology, is a certified Christian Counselor and in December of 2007 received a Honorary Doctoral degree in Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College. She has also hosted a radio program on Harvest Radio 1070AM as New Jersey’s own “Radio Prophet” and in 2012 she became an author, her first book entitled “Revealed Intercession” Unveiling the secrets of intercessory prayer. And in November of 2012, Dr. Cynthia was affirmed and consecrated to the office of Apostle.
Dr. Cynthia is happily married to Bishop Reginald W. Atkins. The couple enjoy the gifts of God in the persons of Lemuel, Shekinah and Peniel-Reginald Atkins.
